Spacecopter gaining Momentum: Additive Space GmbH and Space Ventures Investors Limited have signed a letter of intent for investment to develop Spacecopter. Spacecopter is an innovative European reusable launch system to drastically cut the cost of launch.
Space Ventures Investors, a Frankfurt am Main based new space technology company, and Additive Space GmbH, a startup near Augsburg, Germany, have signed a letter of intent for financing the initial development of the Spacecopter reusable launch system. Spacecopter will reduce the cost of transporting satellites from currently over €15,000 to well under €3,000 per kilogram.
